How much is postage?

We charge EUR 8.00- postage fee on all orders below EUR 250.00-. No postage fee applies on any orders for the value of EUR 250.00- or more.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be posted within 2-5 working days after full payment has been received. Delivery takes approximately 2 working days. This means you receive your order in 5-7 working days. If your order includes products not in store at the moment, these will be posted separately as soon as they become available in our store. This may take 15 working days.

How do I know if the product I order is available on stock at the moment?

Is there a shop where I can collect the products personally instead of receiving them by post?

Normally products are being sent to the postal address provided by you during the registration. If you wish to collect your order personally please contact us by email or on the phone after you placed the order and you can collect it from our Shop. We accept payment through Paypal (Visa debit / credit, 3V, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer. Payments made through Paypal are visible for us immediately, while payments through bank transfer may take up to 4 working days. We do not accept cheques or any other payment methods.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been paid. You can not cancel your order or get a refund after your order has been paid. However we may be able to make minor changes in your order if it has not been shipped.

I changed my mind and don’t need the products I received. Can I get a refund?

Mosaic Nails Ireland does not purchase unwanted items back. Before you purchase please make sure that you are buying the right products. Should you need more information about any of our products please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.

I received faulty / damaged products / I’m missing an item. What can I do?

If the product you received is faulty / damaged / or missing please contact us within 7 working days after receiving them and we will replace it. Proof of purchase, proof of damage (photo) must be available for our request.

Do I get warranty for machines I purchase?

Yes. Mosaic Nails Ireland provides 6 months warranty for all electric items purchased from us. You need to post us your broken / failed machine and we will fix or replace it. Please contact us before sending anything back! (Please note: any information above does not apply to discounted or secondhand items!)

To protect your privacy is very important to us. Mosaic Nails Ireland does not sell or share of your personal information with any third parties. Credit / debit card payments are processed on a secure website provided by Paypal. Mosaic Nails Ireland does not have access or visibility to your credit / debit card details.
